Before Renovation
Located at the King's Tower of North Point . The old building unit was in old layout and decoration standard before renovation.
On Process
Incorporating the false ceiling and bulkhead to reform the space proportion. And the use of built-in furniture is the key method of shaping the British and Islamic styles for the space.
Final Result
The apartment was applied their favorite colors deep green & orange for dividing bedroom and living room into two styles ~ British and Islam with vintage, serenity, subtlety and comfort to creating a modern and elegant living experience.
Transforming Furniture
Fire place with concealed table
The dining table is tucked in the fireplace and it is only pulled out when being used. This shall help to create a space for tiny living area when they have friend gathering .
Folding bed inside the study room
the study room with acoustic vintage glassing wall enclosure with wooden frame, here is also a built-in cabinet conceals the folding bed for spare to guest .
Kitchen & Bathrooms
The kitchen cabinet is extended by a group of bespoke British molding panel storage cabinets from living room. And two washrooms in two styles~ the British and Islam with the bold colours and gold accents.
